Shipping Policy
iDiamond Beauty and Beyond SHIPS WORLDWIDE. iDiamond Beauty and Beyond products are shipped from our shipping center located in Lansing, Michigan. Shipping hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM until 5PM eastern. All orders are processed within 3 business days. Example: If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Wednesday or Thursday. Please note that business days do not include: Saturday, Sunday or Official Holidays.
We provide domestic shipping for a flat rate fee of $9. International shipping options available.
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships. If inaccurate or incomplete address information is provided, it may delay processing. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to prevent any possible delays. All packages require a signature. We recommend inputting a shipping address where you know your or someone else will be available to accept the package.
Tracking Orders: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided during the checkout process. You will also receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s status along its journey.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please contact iDiamond Beauty and Beyond after the estimated delivery time.
Return/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges.
Privacy Policy
All information provided to this website is confidential. We will not sell your information or share your information with any third parties, outside of iDiamond Beauty and Beyond business purposes.
Appointment Policy
A $25 non refundable deposit is required for all appointments. There will be a 10 minute grace period if you’re running late to your appointment. After the grace period, a $15 late fee will be assessed. After the 15 minute grace period, please call to confirm if I’m still available (may have to reschedule for the next availability time). If I’m late for you are discounted $15 of the service.
Please provide 72 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Please bring your frontal, closures and all wigs at least 3 business days prior to your appointment.
